DESCRIPTION:

During the day, house flies tend to rest less than 5 feet from the ground on walls and various objects. At night they rest primarily above 5 feet on ceilings, walls, electric wires and plants. They seek almost any warm, moist material with sufficient food for egg-laying purposes.

CONTROL ADVICE:

Sanitize and remove all garbage. Make sure all garbage receptacles have tight fitting closures, screens and doors are tightly closed. All holes through exterior walls should be sealed and vents should be screened.
